A room full of operators
Owners, managers and builders who are actively shipping. Ask about pricing, staffing, structure or burnout and get answers from people who have already been there.
IdeaStudio is a Discord server for project owners and managers. Talk strategy with people running real projects, then order a detailed project plan from our team — scope, structure, roadmap and specs, written so your own builders can pick it up and execute.

About us
IdeaStudio began with a handful of project owners comparing notes on what actually works: how to scope a build, how to keep momentum, how to stop good ideas from dying in a half-finished channel. That conversation turned into what we do now — we take your idea and turn it into a documented, buildable plan. We do not write the code or design the assets. We write the instructions your team builds from.
Owners, managers and builders who are actively shipping. Ask about pricing, staffing, structure or burnout and get answers from people who have already been there.
We do not take on the build. We hand you the blueprint: scope, feature breakdown, technical requirements, milestones and risks — written clearly enough for any competent team to execute.
Every plan is written for someone else to build. Give it to your own developers, a freelancer or an agency and they will know exactly what to do without a single call with us.
Our services
You get a detailed written plan your own team executes — we do not develop, design or deploy anything ourselves. Orders are taken only through a ticket in the server, never by form or DM, so you talk straight to the planner writing it.
Prices below are starting rates. Larger or more complex projects are quoted in your ticket before any payment.
The full written plan for your idea, ready to hand to a build team.
$45per project

We hire planners, writers and researchers — not builders. If you can take a vague idea and turn it into something a developer could quote from, open an application ticket and show us a plan you have written. We review every one.
Turn a rough idea into a scoped blueprint with milestones and risks.
Write specs developers can build from. Strong technical literacy required.
Audience, competitor and feasibility research that backs our recommendations.
